The buyer expressly acknowledges having read these conditions of sale in their entirety and accepts the terms thereof, prior to any reservation. Therefore, any reservation made with Beteltours entails full acceptance of these conditions of sale.

The contract concluded between the seller and the buyer must be in writing, drawn up in duplicate, one of which is signed by both parties and given to the buyer.

Any reservation of services made by the buyer with Beteltours, accepted by the agency and confirmed according to availability constitutes an effective registration.

When the contract includes an express possibility of price revision, it must mention the precise methods of calculating it, both upwards and downwards.

When, before the buyer’s departure, the seller is forced to modify one of the essential elements of the contract, such as a significant increase in the price, the buyer may, after having been informed by the seller by registered letter, is:

– terminate his contract and obtain immediate and full reimbursement of the sums paid without penalty.

– accept the modification or the replacement trip proposed by the seller.

Any price modification cannot be made less than 30 days before the departure date.

When, before the buyer’s departure, the seller cancels the trip or stay, he must inform the buyer by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The seller must offer the buyer replacement services

. If he cannot do so or if the clients refuse them for a valid reason, the buyer will obtain an immediate and full refund of the sums paid.  

When the buyer cancels a registration for any service, he informs the seller as soon as possible, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. Cancellation occurs on the date of receipt of the letter.

The following are considered as cancellations from the buyer:

– any modification of the city of departure

– any change of destination

The prices appearing on the brochures and the Beteltours website are expressed in US dollars and per person. They are neither contractual nor guaranteed. They vary according to the date of the trip (low or high season), the number of participants and certain economic data (cost of transport, in particular linked to variations in fuel prices and various taxes: in such a case, these variations are passed on. in proportion to their share in the calculation of the price of the trip). Prices must be systematically confirmed by Beteltours, before any registration. They are also based on the number of nights and not of days. No dispute can be taken into consideration once the registration is effective and final.

Unless otherwise indicated, our prices do not include:

– travel insurance (cancellation and repatriation)

– excess baggage

– the drinks

– optional visits and excursions

– personal expenses (tips, telephone, various deposits, etc.)

– visa issuance fees

– any service not mentioned in the program

– exceptional and additional expenses resulting from fortuitous and unforeseeable events, such as strikes, weather conditions, natural disasters, etc.

   The duration of our services includes the day of arrival in Vietnam (reception at the airport) and the day of return (regardless of schedules).

In terms of hotels, customs provide for rooms to be taken into account check-out at 11:00 am and check- in  at 2:00 pm Any early consideration or any late release may result in additional costs, not included in the initial service. The triple room, when it exists, means a double room plus an extra bed.

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount of the trip price is required after signing the contract with Beteltours.

A full payment of the total amount of the trip price  is required 45days before the departure date and without reminder. Payments can be made by any means (bank transfers, credit card, cash, etc.).

The trip will be definitively considered as paid as soon as the payment of all the sums due is noted.Amount of flight cost will be paid in time to ensure the flight reservation of guests.Any hotel deposit requirements will be advised on a case by case basis.

Any cancellation emanating from the buyer and occurring less than 21 days before the date of arrival, will result in the payment of costs in an amount equal to 50% of the total price of the trip. Any trip cut short or any service not consumed solely by the buyer, will not give rise to any refund.

Exept: Cancellation fees will be charged for issued flight tickets, issued visas and according to hotel policies.

Cancellation insurance: it is not compulsory but strongly recommended. It is imperative to check the risks covered in order to avoid any inconvenience.

Repatriation insurance: it is compulsory. If you do not already have coverage through your credit card or other, subscribe to it from your usual insurer (beware of duplication).

 

The total or partial non-performance or the poor performance of any service included in a package, must immediately, without delay and by any means, be reported to the guides or directly to the head office of the Beteltours agency. Everything will be done to remedy it, under the best conditions and with the express acceptance of the customer.
